Round-Up News

BLM will round up 1,480 wild horses near Battle Mountain, Nevada area next week.

A second round-up is set to gather hundreds more horses near Gerlach, Nevada. Gerlach is the town I modeled Alkali on, and it has Bruno's, a coffee shop much like Clara's.

BLM says that snow will soon cover the forage horses eat, but with the corrals filled, the euthanasia "solution" is sure to be raised, again.
