Comments: Looks like some type of tags. Maybe ID tags?
  Aren't those the red tags that are tied around a horse's neck when in holding at BLM?
  Terri that's MY photo! It's Ghost Dancer's and Sages tags from when the BLM took them from the range.

I took the photo the morning you turned them loose at Wild Horse Sanctuary.

  Those are two tags off of the wild horses in the BLM corrals. Why is she holding them? Did she adopt them? That's pretty cool though!
