WH Advisory Board meeting

Dear Readers,
If only I had better news about the meeting.
The advisory board did not recommend against the Calico round-up.
When I presented your letters to the advisory board and asked if they'd nod if they'd read at least a few of them...
Only two out of seven did. A third did, belatedly, grudgingly. Did any of you see my reaction, streaming?
The good thing is, many people in the audience were just as shocked as I.
YOU did your part. I just need to find a better way to help you mae an impact.
I'll share some highlights from my notes, later.
Now it's time for a cookie.

Comments: :-0 They have to rethink about the Calico range! Its just too terrible for them to NOT do anything about it. They are ruining the beauty of wild horses. I hope they feel quilty.
  Two out of...seven?o.0 Wow. That's...sad. Will they not listen to us or what?

  I can't believe only 2 out of 7 actually took the time to read some of the letters. Don't they see what an important issue this is? It's not somthing quick and simple they can just say 'yay or nay' to and then move on... this sort of thing needs careful consideration because the outcome will either help or hinder the mustangs for years to come. It's sad that they wouldn't give a few minutes of their time to read the letters so many people poured theirs hearts into from all over america and the globe.
I hope they make the right decision.
