Thank you for your photograph and note on this amazing wild Roan stallion, I am glad that, so far, he and his band have stayed in the Highlands.
I have a dear Redwood Writer friend who is active in the North Bay horse and trail riders association. I want to do a few guest posts on her blog about the plight of our wild horses. If you could share a photo and allow a quote and link to this post, I would be very pleased.

HI Deborah, I'll be happy to check with Bo Rodriguez, the photographer about using his photo & quote, but I'm certain he will be happy to share. As a relative newcomer to the grassroots groups trying to save our horses, he has the same combination of admiration for them and outrage that they are being captured and sometimes slaughtered because of human greed.
Thanks so much for your help!
