BFF

Dear Readers,
Have you ever thought about what good friends Sam and Jen are to each other, throughout the PHANTOM STALLION series? I've been taking a second look at them and the first image that popped into my mind was Sam lying out in a meadow, pretending to be carrion because Jen needed help with her vulture project. I thought about them creeping into that crashed bus together, too, about Jen researching vet info Sam always seemed to need, and about them standing up to each other when they were acting slightly nuts -- like Jen in GOLDEN GHOST? and Sam in FREE AGAIN and GIFT HORSE, slogging around in the snow with Jen nearby...
Hoping you take a second look at your real life friends and give them the hugs they deserve,
