Easy (beautiful) challenge

By reader request, here's another PHANTOM cover from another country.
Which book is this and which language would you have to know to read it?

Comments: I dont know what book it is but i think the Languege is French and the country would proably be France or maybe the city of Paris. Beautiful drawings.. i didnt know how far your books went! Champion
  French and...Blue Wings?
  It's French for "Male Wild" according to the translator I used so I'm going with The Wild One. =)
  The language is French, The Wild Stallion would be the direct translation. If you look at the words carefully, you can see English derivatives in them

  Yes! It's THE WILD ONE, in French. I love the French covers because they make the Phantom look even wilder than the U.S. and German ones. The Scandinavian ones are even more different. I'll post one soon.
