The Phantom Arrives

Dear Readers,
This morning, a dedicated wild horse advocate named Shirley Allen drove the Phantom and his last mare from Nevada to northern California, to his new home.
I just heard from Dianne Nelson at the Wild Horse Sanctuary in Shingletown and the Phantom and his mare -- right now they're calling her Shy -- have arrived safely. Their colt, Rain Cloud, was weaned and has a new home with experienced wild horse-adopters.
