Bookmarks & Name the Filly

Dear Readers,

Personalizing your bookmarks is taking some time, but please don't worry if you haven't received a confirmation from me saying you'll get one. You will!

Also, some of you have asked for guidance in naming the Phantom's filly. I will NOT pick the winning name, but if I were entering, I might think of the filly's family -- Phantom, Shy and Rain Cloud -- and of her home range where there are things like pogonip, thunderstorms, the Sierra Nevada mountains, the Virginia Highlands, sagebrush and tumbleweeds. And I might visit http://www.travelnevada.com/ and look at maps for Nevada place names.

In case of a tie in the name the filly contest, the winning name with the earliest date will get the prize.
