Wild Horse Art on License Plate
Dear Readers,
I met Sally Summers about two years ago at a BLM wild horse adoption day. Even then, she was working on a great idea. Her plan was that the state would charge extra for the license plates & the profits would go to protecting animals -- especially wild horses -- in need.
